As Creator Acquisition Manager, you will upkeep and scale Universe’s growth engine — helping build the internet by helping to efficiently scale digital channels. As a core member of the marketing team and partner to design, product, and data, you are technical, creative, and enterprising. You’re a self-navigating executor who can build and maintain effective campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other channels.

What you’ll do 🔧

Manage large budgets for new user acquisition and retargeting campaigns on paid social, including TikTok, Facebook and more.

Constantly identifying and pulling the levers on our marketing channels to drive efficiency

Test and optimize new digital channels (i.e. YouTube, OLV/OTT/CTV, Snap, and more)

Report on creative performance and contribute to briefs for new deliverables on a regular cadence

Support brand campaigns, including supporting media buying for new channels (i.e. audio, newsletter, out-of-home)

Who you 👀

An executor with a strategic lens

Proven ability to scale and optimize TikTok and Facebook

3+ years in a direct media buying role, with a mobile app or digital-first brand, preferably a start-up.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

Experience productively using data tools to identify and exploit opportunities for growth

Comfortable with self-navigating a startup
